Shacra team focuses its research works on scientific deadlocks from the digital medicine and more specifically from medical simulation (like teaching surgical procedure with a computer simulation). Works are conducted in several fields such as anatomical / biomechanics / physiological modeling, interaction models or high performance computing using GPUs.
