Systèmes Multi-Agents et Comportements
Presentation / Members / Thèses / Publications HAL
The SMAC team is working in the field of artificial intelligence from a software engineering point of view and more precisely on the modeling of behaviors between virtual entities. The modern developments of computer science, like the computer power increase and the distributed computing have given a fundamental role of the communication and cooperation between autonomous entities. The concepts of agent and multi-agents systems have appeared in theoretical fields such as game theory and artificial intelligence, but also in applied fields such as e-commerce and simulation frameworks. The team focuses on the modeling of behaviors, the integration of these behaviors into environments that requires autonomous entities, the evaluation of behaviors between agents and finally the development of open frameworks.
