Bonsai Bioinformatics

We are a bioinformatics research group affiliated with INRIA Lille - Nord Europe and the Centre de Recherche en Informatique, Signal et Automatique de Lille (CRIStAL, Université de Lille, CNRS).

The main goal of our research is to define combinatorial models and efficient algorithms for large-scale sequence analysis in molecular biology. This includes high throughput sequencing data analysis, genome annotation, metagenomics, RNAs, genome rearrangements, non ribosomal peptides.
