Algorithms for large-scale sequence analysis

We are a bioinformatics group at the Laboratoire d'Informatique Fondamentale de Lille affiliated with Lille 1 University, CNRS and INRIA Lille - Nord Europe. The main goal of our research is to define combinatorial models and efficient algorithms for large-scale sequence analysis in molecular biology. This includes genome annotation, comparative genomics, Next Generation Sequencing, noncoding RNAs, genome rearrangements, non ribosomal peptides, high performance computing.
