Projects and collaborations
I keep developing the BLAD libraries and the MAPLE DifferentialAlgebra package, which replaces the deprecated diffalg package and which is mostly an interface layer for BLAD. The development of DifferentialAlgebra is undertaken with Edgardo S. Cheb-Terrab, within a research agreement between the MAPLESOFT company and the university Lille 1. I am a member of the Maplesoft Physics Research Network.
I am a member of the ANR BLANC 2010 project LEDA, which aims at improving the numerical resolution of systems of algebraic differential equations, by means of symbolic methods. In this context, I participate to the Mathemagix project.
I work with Markus Rosenkranz and Georg Regensburger on problems related to integro-differential equations.
I collaborate with the Biological Network Group on problems of parameters estimation in deterministic models of genetic regulatory networks.
I collaborate with the bioComputing group of the LIFL on the stochastic modeling of gene networks.
