About Me

I'm a Ph.D. student in Computer Science (3rd year) under the co-supervision of Hélène Touzet and Laurent Noé. My thesis research focuses on developing new bioinformatic approaches for the analysis of NGS (meta) data and is associated with the Tara Oceans Expedition. I have completed my Bachelor (Physics/Math) and Master (Computer Science) degrees at McMaster University in Canada, written thesis under the supervision of W.F. Smyth.
